Shipping policy

General information:

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days of completion, and you will receive a shipping notification via email. The name on the mailbox and the name and address on your order must correlate; otherwise, the courier has the right not to deliver it. We do not accept responsibility for delivery errors resulting from a lack of information or an incorrect delivery address.

For domestic Danish orders you can choose the following shipping option:

Shipping with DAO to your home approximately 1-4 days (49DKK). This option is trackable, and you will receive updates about your package. 

For other european countries:

Standard delivery to your mail box via Post Nord approximately 4-6 working days (69DKK). Delays can occur, and the shipping option is not trackable. Please note, we have very good experiences with packages arriving before time! 

Packages affected by customs: 

The costumer is solely responsible for any customs and VAT that may occur when sending or returning a product.
