Refund policy

CHRISTMAS RETURNS: during holiday season your right of return is extended until January 10th. Please note that your return should be processed no later than on this date. Please, let us know by email if you wish to return a product.

REGRETTED AN ORDER? If you have regretted an order, please contact us as fast as possible. If your goods have been shipped, you can regret your order within 14 days from reception - delivery cost will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of the return, and the return must be done to our address and not a pick-up point.

WANT TO EXCHANGE? If you wish to exchange a product please contact us by e-mail or DM on Instagram. If there is any difference in the price on your preferred product, you will be charged this and vise versa. You are responsible for the cost of the return, and when the product is received, we will send out your wished product and cover the cost of the delivery back to you.

DAMAGED IN DELIVERY? If the product is damaged due to the shipment, please contact us with a picture of the damage within 2 days from reception via e-mail contact@sprnklzoo.com or through Instagram @sprnklzoo.
